Sieve Bend Screen

Sieve Bend Screens also known as side hill screens, parabolic screens, run down screens, gravity screens and DSC Screen can be custom designed to separate solids from liquids in various appli-cations including food processing, pulp and paper, waste water clean up, surface water intakes, corn wet milling, coal preparation, and gold recovery.

Sieve Bends are cross-flow screens. The profile wires are slightly tilted so that the leading edge is position higher which

greatly increases the dewatering capacity.

TECHNICAL DETAILS :
* Slot size 0.15 mm to 10 mm
* Length 0.2 mtr - 6 mtr.
* Material - SS 304/316/316 L or LCG or as per Customer Requirement
* End fittings - as per customer requirement.

Wedge filter is manufactured by a v or wedge shaped wire around an internal array of longitudinal support rods.Each intersection point of these wires is fusion welded. The v or wedge shaped profile wire wraps around the support rods over the full length of the screen creating a continuous slot opening,hence the screen allows water (oil) to enter your well freely in ample quantities,while at the same time keeps the majority of sand and gravel out of the well.

3) Flange type. The flange is welded onto the wedge wire screen cylinder and there are two types of flange for your choice.
4) Threaded fitting type.
